A special pop-up zine space for Auckland Zinefest, in collaboration with our friends at Inky Palms.

With a library of over 400 zines available to read, as well as programmed workshops and activities, the original Zine Zone took place as part of Auckland Zinefest 2016 at Inky Palms on K’ Rd. 

The space was set up for a week, and was open during the day for people to come and read, and at night for events and workshops. Activities included a zine show and tell, bookbinding, notebook making and craft night. 

Since Auckland Zinefest, pop-up zine zones have taken place at the Auckland Summer Zinefest at the Auckland Old Folks’ Association, and at Silo Park for the 2017 White Night festival.
